Hi All,
The next 118 Simulation session will run on Wednesday 26th Jan , at 1400-1530 in the PGEC.
Scenarios will cover a wide range of ICU clinical topics and will be multidisciplinary with involvement of all members of the critical care MDT.
This session is multidisciplinary and we're keen for representation from each of our medical nursing and AHP teams.
The goal is to learn some things and strengthen our team working in a safe and supportive environment.
It may blow your mind to let you know you can't actually "Do well" at SIM - it isn't a test or an assessment and it's designed to bring out specific learning points by making you behave in a predictable way. You shouldn't be worried about taking part and we're in it together to learn as a team.
